What we process

The room photo you upload, the style and room type you choose, your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and anonymous click counts. No advertising cookies and no personal profile.

Where the photo goes

Uploads are sent to our image-generation provider to produce the staged frame. They are not used to train models, and they are removed from our storage after 14 days.

Payments

Checkout and card processing are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. We receive an order reference and the pack you bought; we never see your card details.

Retention

Delivered images stay available in your browser session for 14 days. Credit balances are tied to the order reference from your receipt.

Your choices

You can ask for an order's images to be deleted by replying to your Dodo Payments receipt.
