Failed generations cost nothing

A credit is spent only when a full staged image is delivered. Failed or refused generations are returned to your balance automatically; you do not need to ask.

Unused packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email billing@virtualstagenow.com with your order reference or receipt.

Problem with a delivered image

If a delivered image is clearly defective (for example, the walls or windows were changed, or the image did not render correctly), email us within 14 days with the order reference and the image. We will return the credit or refund that image's per-image price.

Partially used packs

Credits already used for delivered images are not refundable. Unused credits never expire, so they stay in your balance for future listings.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider(s), currently Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
