Virtual staging for brokerages and agent teams

One staging standard for the whole office: the same furnishing rules, the same labelled copy, and a listing set that arrives complete every time.

One standard across every listing

When every agent stages for themselves, the office ends up with six versions of what “staged” means: different furniture scale, different label wording, some images with the original attached and some without. A buyer notices that inconsistency before they notice the price.

A single account fixes the inputs. The same furnishing style guide applies to every address, and every delivered image leaves with the same labelled copy and the same original photo attached, whoever in the office pressed the button.

The label is not a preference. Where a board or a state asks for disclosure, the labelled copy is the one that goes into the listing, and the original travels with it.
Before: an empty living room photographed from the cornerAfter: the same living room furnished in warm modern style, walls and camera angle unchanged
Before / after: living room, warm modern. The walls, window and camera angle are unchanged. Every download also includes the “Virtually staged” labelled copy and the original photo.

Disclosure files with every image

Every delivered image is a set, not a single file: the “Virtually staged” labelled copy, the unaltered original, and the before/after comparison.

Board rules differ. ARMLS asks for a watermark burned into the image; CRMLS and Stellar MLS ask for wording in the photo description field as well. Read the board pages before a new market goes live.

Pricing for an office

An agent staging on their own can stay on Agent Pro: 100 images a month for $49. An office that stages several listings a month is better served by Team: 300 images a month for $99, at $0.33 an image.

Both plans renew monthly and cancel online. Compare the plans.

Start with one photo

Send one empty-room photo through the staging tool before an office decides anything. It comes back with the labelled copy and the original, so the first review uses the same files a listing would.

In California, AB 723 sets what a listing photo has to carry. The guide reads the statute and what it changes for a brokerage.

Brokerage questions

What disclosure does each photo carry?

Every download kit includes the “Virtually staged” labelled copy, the original photo and a before/after comparison. Board-specific wording is covered on the MLS rule pages.

Can we cancel anytime?

Plans are month to month. Cancel online anytime from Manage or cancel subscription.

Do agents need training to use it?

No. The agent uploads a photo, picks a room and a style, and downloads the set.
