Which bedrooms to stage

  • Primary bedroom. Always. It's the bedroom photo buyers save.
  • Small second bedroom. Stage it as a bedroom, not a box room, so the bedroom count reads clearly.
  • Bonus room or loft. A bed tells buyers it counts as sleeping space.

  • Warm modern for family buyers in the suburbs.
  • Scandinavian or minimal for condos, where it keeps small rooms airy.
  • Coastal for vacation markets.
  • Mid-century for older homes with original trim.

What stays put

The closet doors, windows, radiators and ceiling fan stay where they are. The bed goes where the room's geometry suggests. Check it against the real wall lengths before you quote a layout to a buyer.

Pricing

One credit = one staged image of about 1,200 px on the long side, delivered as JPEG or WebP. The download includes an MLS version labelled "Virtually staged", a before/after comparison and an unlabelled file.

Will the bed block a door or closet?

Doors and closets stay where they are in the photo. If a placement looks tight, generate it again or try another style.

Can I stage a nursery or kids' room?

Use the bedroom room type with a minimal or Scandinavian style for a neutral result.

Does it stage a bedroom with a sloped ceiling?

Yes. The ceiling line is kept as photographed. Shoot so the full slope is in frame.

How do I stage three bedrooms in matching style?

Generate each bedroom in the same style. For several angles of one bedroom, select up to 8 angles to keep the same furniture.
