Virtual staging

Virtual Staging for Rental Listings

A vacant unit costs you rent every day it's empty, and an empty-room photo on a listing portal looks like a unit nobody wanted. Most of your units are repeats of a few floor plans, so you stage each plan once, not every vacancy.

The property-manager workflow

1. Photograph one vacant unit of each floor plan (studio, 1-bed, 2-bed).

2. Stage the living area and bedroom of each in one consistent style for the building.

3. Reuse those frames each time that floor plan comes up, labelled "Virtually staged, representative unit."

4. Buy the Agency pack ($99, 50 images). Credits never expire, so leftover credits cover next season's turnover.

Style the building, not the unit

Pick one style per property and stick to it. A downtown loft building gets industrial, a garden complex gets warm modern, a beach rental gets coastal. Consistent photos make the listing set read like a managed property.

Short-term and furnished rentals

If the unit will be let furnished, stage it close to what you'll actually supply. Renters compare the photo to the room on arrival.

Pricing

One credit = one staged image of about 1,200 px on the long side, delivered as JPEG or WebP. The download includes an MLS version labelled "Virtually staged", a before/after comparison and an unlabelled file.

  • Starter: $15 for 5 images ($3.00 each)
  • Listing: $39 for 15 images ($2.60 each)
  • Agency: $99 for 50 images ($1.98 each)

Each pack is a one-time payment. Credits never expire, and a failed generation never spends one. → See pricing
