Physical staging for comparison
Physical staging is usually quoted as a setup fee plus monthly furniture rental, often thousands of dollars for a whole home, with delivery and removal on top. It shows well at open houses. Virtual staging is for the photos, where most buyers decide whether to visit.
What counts as one "room"
One credit is one image. Two angles of the same living room are two credits. A second style of the same room is another credit.
How to cut the cost per listing
- Stage the hero rooms, not every room. Living room, dining area and bedrooms decide the click; bathrooms and hallways sell on condition and light.
- Use one style across the home. One style is one credit per room. A second style doubles the count, so keep it for listings marketed to two buyer types.
- Buy the pack that fits the month, not the listing. Leftover credits carry over, so the Agency pack at $1.98 per image pays off from the third listing.
- Staging every month? Plans start at 60 images for $49, with 150 images at $79 and 250 images with three seats at $99.
