For photographers delivering staged photos to agents

You already deliver the shoot. Staging is the part clients ask for after the invoice, and the part that turns into revision requests and disclosure questions. This is how the work fits a per-listing workflow.

Where the time goes

The staging itself

Six to twelve frames per listing, one style decision, and a review pass on each image before it goes to the client.

The questions after it

Which board wants a label, whether the original has to go in the listing, and who is responsible if it does not. Those answers live on the board pages.

What the workflow looks like

01

Shoot the empty frame

Keep the original. CRMLS and ARMLS require it in the listing, and California requires a link to it.

02

Stage the rooms the client is paying for

One credit per delivered image, plans from 20 to 300 images a month, and unused plan images carry over, up to one month’s allowance.

03

Hand over the pair and the wording

The staged frame plus the original, and the sentence the client’s board asks for from the template page.

What this tool does not do

  • No white-label programme: the file is not branded with your studio’s mark.
  • No bulk upload or client dashboard: images are staged one at a time in the browser.
  • No furniture removal: the tool furnishes empty rooms and does not clear an occupied one.
  • No invoice or licence paperwork for your clients.
Photographers who need those four things are better served by a service built around them. Saying so is cheaper than a refund.

The compliance question, in one paragraph

Your client signs the listing, so the disclosure obligation is theirs, but the file you hand over is what gets uploaded. Giving them the labelled version and the original frame in one folder removes the most common reason a staged photo comes back: a photographer delivered a JPEG and the agent did not know the board wanted the unaltered frame beside it.

Questions

Can I bill staging as a line item?

Yes, and the plan price makes the margin visible: on Agent Pro each image costs $0.49. What you charge the client is your decision.

Do credits expire?

No. They stay in the balance until they are used.

Can I use the images in my portfolio?

The terms allow use in the listing and its marketing for the address photographed. Read the terms for the portfolio case before you publish one.
